Each hosting and maintenance plan is priced on a per-client, per-case basis. There are three basic plans: 1) Hosting only 2) Maintenance only and 3) Hosting & Maintenance combined.

Here is the basic outline of how hosting and maintenance are charged:

HOSTING

• Each hosting account includes up to 50 email accounts, PHP, MySQL, 5 GB Space, 250 GB Transfer, no ads.
• Hosting is charged on a monthly basis.
• Fees range from $9.95/month - $49.95/month are dependant on web site size and expected bandwidth usage. The price is determined on a case-by-case basis.
• Payments are collected in quarterly increments. Except for amounts below $20/hour. Those are paid in 6 months increments.
• Each month of hosting is paid for in advance and begins upon the purchase of this account. Cancellation of your hosting account will discontinue all future billings. Hosting fees are non-refundable.
• By using our hosting services the user is also accepting the Hosting Terms of Service.

MAINTENANCE

• Maintenance plans are determined and priced on a case-by-case basis.
• Typical rates range from $19.95/month upwards to $250/month depending on what type and frequency of changes that are expected.
• Monthly payment plans incur charges regardless of whether or not changes or updates are made.
• Maintence and updates can also be made on a per-incident basis. The rate for per incident changes are $65/hour with a half hour minimum.

HOSTING MAINTENANCE COMBINATION

• The combination hosting & maintenance plans incorporate all of the above and realize a discounted rate when the cost for hosting and maintenance are combined.
• All hosting & maintenance plans are decided on a case-by-case basis.
